Eltech is a fully licensed elevator company in the New York metropolitan area, providing maintenance, modernization, repair and testing and inspection services. For more than 35 years, Eltech has offered preventative maintenance contracts on all types of equipment from two-stop elevators to multi-story high-rise complexes and has worked with customers from single owner buildings to large real estate management companies. The company maintains more than 1,500 elevators in approximately 700 buildings, including residential, commercial and educational facilities. They are certified by the NYC Department of Buildings to perform all required elevator tests, filings, and violation removals, and are also members of the NAEC (National Association of Elevator Contractors), ECNY (Elevator Conference of New York) and the EIA (Elevator Industries Association.) Our mechanics are all members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW Local 3, Elevator Division). Additionally, At Eltech, supervisors and mechanics are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
